   In connection with the use of the website, we may process personal data provided by you voluntarily, in particular:

   • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – if processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject,
   • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – if processing is based on consent.
5. Data recipients
   Data may be transferred to entities supporting us in conducting business and operating the website, in particular providers of IT services, hosting, email, and technical website support.
   Data may also be transferred to competent public authorities if the obligation to transfer them arises from legal provisions.
6. How long do we store data?
   Data provided in connection with an inquiry is stored for the period necessary to handle it and conduct related correspondence.
   If the contact leads to the conclusion of a contract, the data may be stored for the period required by law and for the period necessary to pursue or defend against possible claims.

8. Voluntary provision of data
   Providing personal data is voluntary. However, in the case of the contact form, providing data marked as required is necessary to send the inquiry and enable us to provide an answer.
9. Automated decision-making
   Your personal data is not used to make decisions based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
